fifty (healthy) habits






I often come across lists of good advice or habits for women. Things we should do every day and things we should avoid. It's always a pleasant feeling when I see that I am doing trying really hard to do most of the advice (and a good reminder is always nice). And there are the ones that I can never keep up with (ahem flossing). I recently just saw this list and thought it was a really good one and a nice way to start off the week.

Every single of these fifty healthy habits are definitely a must, check out #34, stop with the tanning beds ladies and #37, sleep is very important! You will thank both these rules later when you have less wrinkles.
